Prairie Farms has issued a recall for its Gallon Fat Free Milk due to potential contamination with food-grade cleaning agents. This recall affects milk produced at the Dubuque, Iowa facility and distributed to Woodman’s stores in Illinois and Wisconsin.

Reason for Recall: The milk may contain food-grade cleaning agents, which could cause illness if consumed. The issue was identified during a quality check, and an investigation was promptly initiated.
Consumer Guidance: Consumers who have purchased the affected milk should not consume it. They can safely dispose of the product or return it to the store for a refund. Approximately 320 gallons were sold before the recall was initiated.
