Once Upon a Farm has issued a recall for all lots and varieties of its Tractor Wheels Organic Toddler Soft-Baked Bars. This action is due to reports that the bars can rapidly hydrate into a dense, dry, and sticky mass, posing a potential choking hazard for toddlers aged 1.5 to 2.5 years.

The recalled products were distributed nationwide, including Puerto Rico, through retail stores and online sales. The recall includes all lot codes currently in distribution, even expired products, with unexpired Best If Used by Dates ranging from 10/30/2026 to 8/26/2027.
Reason for Recall:
The recall was prompted by three consumer complaints regarding the potential choking hazard. Fortunately, no injuries have been reported. The company is collaborating with the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) to ensure the affected products are removed from shelves and is working on reformulating the product.

Consumers who have purchased these products should not open or consume them. They are advised to return the products to the place of purchase for a full refund.
