Reason for Recall:
The recall was initiated after routine testing by the Minnesota Department of Agriculture revealed that the fish had not been fully eviscerated, posing a risk of botulism contamination. Botulism is a serious illness that can cause symptoms such as weakness, dizziness, double vision, and difficulty speaking or swallowing.
