- UPC Codes: 44000086688, 44000086678, 44000085650, 44000085657, and 4400008566.
Reason for Recall:
The recall was issued due to an incorrect mixing process that caused small corn starch clumps to form in the product. These clumps could pose a choking risk, especially to young children and the elderly.
