Cargill Animal Nutrition & Health has issued a voluntary recall for a specific lot of Nutrena® Country Feeds® Cracked Corn for livestock. This recall is due to elevated levels of aflatoxin, which exceed the FDA's action level for certain animals.

Affected Product:

  • Brand: Nutrena® Country Feeds®
  • Product: Cracked Corn for livestock
  • Size: 50 lb. bag
  • Lot Code: 8152552407
  • Product Code: RG952177
  • UPC: 22304334765
  • Manufacture Date: 9/12/2025

Reason for Recall:

The recall was initiated after testing by the Office of the Texas State Chemist found aflatoxin levels at 35 ppb in a sample, which is above the FDA's safe level for immature animals, wildlife, equines, small ruminants, and dairy animals.
