Reason for Recall:
The recall was initiated after FDA testing revealed Salmonella in the moringa leaf powder used in this product. Salmonella can cause serious infections, particularly in young children, the elderly, and those with weakened immune systems. Symptoms may include fever, diarrhea, nausea, vomiting, and abdominal pain.
