This product was distributed to Mom's Organic Markets in D.C., Mass., Md., N.J., Pa., and Va.

Reason for Alert:

The alert follows two consumer complaints about metal fragments in the product. While no injuries have been reported, the U.S. Department of Agriculture's Food Safety and Inspection Service (FSIS) is urging caution.
