Spring & Mulberry has issued a voluntary recall of several chocolate bar flavors due to potential Salmonella contamination. This recall expands on a previous recall of the Mint Leaf flavor and now includes additional flavors.

- Mulberry Fennel - Lot #025345, Box Color: Burgundy
- Pecan Date - Lot #025261, #025265, #025267, #025268, #025339, #025343, Box Color: Yellow
- Pure Dark Minis - Lot #025273, Box Color: Blue
The affected products have been available online and at select retail locations nationwide since September 15, 2025. Consumers can identify the recalled products by checking the lot codes on the back of the packaging and inner flow wrap.
Reason for Recall:
The recall was initiated after routine testing by the company's contract manufacturer detected Salmonella in the finished products. Salmonella can cause serious infections, particularly in young children, the elderly, and those with weakened immune systems. Symptoms include fever, diarrhea, nausea, vomiting, and abdominal pain. In severe cases, it can lead to more serious conditions.
Consumer Action:
Consumers who have purchased the recalled chocolate bars should not consume them. They are advised to dispose of the products immediately. For a refund or replacement, customers can contact Spring & Mulberry at [email protected] with a photo of the lot code.
