NatureBest Recalls Jalapeño Products for Salmonella Risk

NatureBest Precut & Produce LLC is recalling several products containing jalapeño peppers due to potential Salmonella contamination. These products, distributed in Texas and Louisiana, include Pico de Gallo, Stuffed Mushrooms, and Soup Mixes.

The recall affects products sold between July 3, 2026, and August 5, 2026. The jalapeño peppers were supplied by Coast Citrus Distributors, which is linked to a multistate outbreak of Salmonella Javiana infections.

• NatureBest Stuffed Mushrooms (UPC: 089563000863) - Lot Codes: 190A26184 to 190A26216
• HEB Jalapeno Popper Stuffed Mushrooms (UPC: 019787014702) - Lot Codes: 190A26184 to 190A26216
