Saputo Cheese USA Inc. has announced a voluntary recall of certain Great Value cottage cheese products due to a pasteurization issue. The recall affects products distributed to Walmart stores in several states.

These products were sold in white plastic tubs with white lids, and the 'Best By' dates are on the side of the lids.
Reason for Recall:
The recall was initiated because the liquid dairy ingredients in these products may not have been fully pasteurized, posing a potential health risk. Pasteurization is crucial for eliminating harmful bacteria, and consuming unpasteurized products can be particularly risky for young children, the elderly, and those with weakened immune systems.
Consumer Action:

No illnesses have been reported in connection with this recall. The issue was identified during routine checks and has since been resolved.
