Evergreen Fresh Sprouts LLC has issued a recall for its Broccoli Sprouts due to potential contamination with Salmonella. This recall affects 215 cases of the product, which were distributed to three distributors in Washington and may have reached retail stores in Idaho, Montana, and Washington.

- Use By dates: 9/07/26, 9/09/26, 9/11/26, 9/14/26, and 9/16/26
Reason for Recall:
The recall was initiated after a third-party lab test confirmed the presence of Salmonella in the product with a Use By date of 9/16/26. Additionally, the product has been linked to a multistate outbreak of Salmonella Bovismorbifican, involving 22 reported cases as of September 9, 2026.
