Tops Friendly Markets has issued a recall for Christopher Ranch Peeled Garlic and Garland Fresh Peeled Garlic due to potential contamination with botulism. The recall affects all product codes of these items, which were distributed in New York, Pennsylvania, and Vermont.

Affected Products:

  • Christopher Ranch Peeled Garlic, 6 oz., UPC 74574-10852
  • Garland Fresh Peeled Garlic, 6 oz., UPCs 71894-00000 and 68826-75340

All product code dates are included in the recall. The issue was discovered during a routine inspection, which found the products were not stored at the correct temperature to prevent contamination.
