Reason for Recall:

The recall was initiated after a consumer inquiry revealed that a soba sauce containing fish was mistakenly included in the Sura Tanmen kits. Fish is not listed as an ingredient on the packaging, which could lead to serious allergic reactions in individuals with fish allergies.
