• Establishment number “EST. 21827” inside the USDA mark of inspection
• Shipped to retail locations in Oklahoma: Bordwine Hay, Feed & Hardware, Grassroots Farm Store, and Bromide Trading Co.

Reason for Alert: The product contains wheat, a known allergen, which is not declared on the label. This issue was identified during a routine label review.

Consumer Guidance: Consumers who have purchased these products should not consume them. Instead, they should discard the product or return it to the place of purchase.
