• Bear establishment number "EST. 46069" inside the USDA mark of inspection.
• Shipped to Costco distribution locations in Illinois, Michigan, and Minnesota.

Reason for Alert:

The alert was issued after a consumer discovered a mislabeling issue where a different product containing egg was packaged as the burrito. This was reported to the producing establishment, which then notified the FSIS.
