• 13.3-oz. vacuum sealed plastic tray packages labeled as "POWER PLATE MEALS MEATLOAF WITH GARLIC MASHED POTATOES"
• "USE BY" dates ranging from 6/25/26 to 6/10/27
• Bear establishment number "217SEND" inside the USDA mark of inspection

These items were distributed to stores in Minnesota, North Dakota, and South Dakota.

Reason for Recall:

The recall was initiated after a state inspector discovered that soy, a known allergen, was not listed on the product's ingredient label. There have been no confirmed reports of adverse reactions from consuming these products.
