Lunds & Byerlys has issued a voluntary recall of their L&B Monster Cookies due to a labeling error. The packaging may not list peanuts, egg, and soy, which are present in the product. This poses a risk of serious allergic reactions for individuals with allergies to these ingredients.

Products Affected:

  • L&B Monster Cookies
  • Sold between November 15, 2025, and December 9, 2025
  • Available at all Lunds & Byerlys stores in the Twin Cities and St. Cloud
  • UPC: 18169-66862 (incorrectly labeled)

Reason for Recall:

The recall was initiated because the wrong ingredient label was applied to the cookie packaging, potentially exposing consumers to undeclared allergens.

What Consumers Should Do:

  • Do not consume the recalled cookies if you have peanut, egg, or soy allergies.
  • Return the product to any Lunds & Byerlys store for a full refund; no receipt is required.
  • Contact Lunds & Byerlys Customer Service at 952-548-1400 for further assistance, available daily from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m.

Health Risk Information:

No illnesses have been reported in connection with this recall. The issue was identified by a store employee and reported to the company's Quality Assurance team.
