Jaime’s Foods ATX has issued a recall for its Jaime’s Spanish Village Jalapeno Ranch dressing due to the presence of undeclared eggs. This poses a risk to individuals with egg allergies, who could experience serious or life-threatening reactions if they consume the product.
The affected product was distributed to Central Market stores across Texas and local independent retailers in Austin, Texas, starting April 3, 2026. It is packaged in 16 oz (45.5g) glass jars with UPC #199284564923. The recall includes lot numbers 69, 86, 108, 113, 116, and 121, which can be found stamped on the bottom of the jar.
This recall was initiated following an FDA inspection that revealed eggs were not listed on the ingredient label or allergen warning. Fortunately, no illnesses have been reported in connection with this issue.
