GF Blends has issued a recall for its Truly AIP All Purpose Flour and Bread Mix, as well as the EAT G.A.N.G.S.T.E.R. Flat Bread Pizza Mix, due to the potential presence of undeclared wheat gluten. Reason for Recall:

The recall was initiated after independent testing revealed that the plantain flour used in these products contained gluten, despite being labeled as gluten-free. The levels exceeded the FDA's threshold of 20 ppm for gluten content, thus containing undeclared wheat gluten.
