FreshPoint Central Florida, Inc. has announced a voluntary recall of certain Cranberry Chicken Salad Wedge sandwiches due to an improperly declared egg allergen. This recall affects 1,093 units distributed to a convenience store customer in Georgia and Florida between August 19, 2026, and September 3, 2026.

The recall was initiated after an internal label review revealed that while egg is listed in the ingredients, it was not included in the allergen “Contains” statement. Consuming this product could pose a risk of serious or life-threatening allergic reactions for individuals with an egg allergy.
