• Chocolatey Eyeballs, 7 oz. in an acrylic box (Style #54077-CHEY)
• Chocolatey Eyeballs, 10 oz. in a plastic bag (Style #54040-CHEY)
• Chocolatey Eyeballs, 10.5 oz. in a round plastic jar (Style #58008-CHEY)
• Chocolatey Eyeballs, 11 oz. in a plastic bag tied with a tag (Style #54083-CHEY)
• Chocolatey Eyeballs, 16 oz. in a designer plastic pouch (Style #58089-CHEY)

The products were sold in stores such as Marshalls, TJ Maxx, Homegoods, and Sierra Trading Post in states including Arizona, Texas, Virginia, Georgia, Massachusetts, North Carolina, Indiana, Nevada, California, New Jersey, Connecticut, Ohio, and Wyoming.

Reason for Recall:

The recall was initiated after a TJX analyst discovered that the packaging did not disclose the presence of milk, specifically whey, due to a temporary breakdown in production and packaging processes. Consuming these products could lead to serious or life-threatening allergic reactions for those with a milk allergy.

Consumer Action:

Consumers who have purchased these products should destroy them immediately. Refunds are not available at the point of sale. To obtain a refund, consumers should contact Crystal Temptations at 1-201-246-7990, Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern Time, with proof of purchase.

No illnesses have been reported in connection with this recall. This recall is being conducted with the knowledge of the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA).
