• 8.7-oz. clear plastic wrapped packages of “FRESH SEASONS Kitchen Chicken Caesar Wrap” with “Sell By: 6/24/2026” printed on the back label above the ingredients.
• These wraps bear the establishment number “P-45091” inside the USDA mark of inspection.
• Distributed to Holiday convenience stores in Minnesota and Wisconsin.

Reason for Alert:

The alert follows routine product testing by the FSIS, which confirmed the presence of Listeria monocytogenes in a sample.

Consumer Guidance:

Consumers who have purchased these wraps should not consume them. Instead, they should be discarded or returned to the place of purchase. No illnesses have been reported, but anyone experiencing symptoms should contact a healthcare provider.
