• Establishment number “P-45288B”
• Distributed to Kroger and Fred Meyer stores in Alabama, Alaska, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Tennessee, Oregon, and Washington

Reason for Alert: The alert was issued after a retailer discovered that the correct front label was applied, but the back label with the ingredient statement was incorrect. This issue was reported to the producing establishment and subsequently to the FSIS.

Consumer Guidance: Consumers who have purchased these products should not consume them. They should either dispose of the products or return them to the place of purchase. No adverse reactions have been reported, but anyone concerned about a reaction should contact a healthcare provider.
