Prime Line Distributors, Inc. and Ferrarini USA, Inc. are recalling approximately 1,513 pounds of imported ready-to-eat pork products due to potential contamination with Listeria. These products were produced in Italy and imported into the U.S. in July 2026.
Affected Products:
- Prime Line Distributors, Inc.: Various weight cardboard cases and individually vacuum-packed "PRIME LINE DISTRIBUTORS, INC. GUANCIALE PORK JOWL PRODUCT OF ITALY" with "LOT: 263311US" and "BEST IF USE BY DATE: 05.16.27".
- Ferrarini USA, Inc.: Various weight cardboard cases and individually vacuum-packed "FERRARINI GUANCIALE DRY-CURED PORK JOWL" with "LOT: 263311US" and "BEST IF USE BY DATE: 05.16.27".
These products bear the establishment number "IT 1937 L CE" and were distributed to food service and retail locations in several states including Florida, California, and New York.
Reason for Recall:
The recall was initiated after routine import reinspection testing revealed the presence of Listeria monocytogenes. No illnesses have been reported to date.

Consumers are advised not to consume these products. They should be discarded or returned to the place of purchase. Food service and retail locations should not serve or sell these items.
